On 29 and 30 September 2006 a Symposium on
“The Jurisprudence of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea: Assessment and Prospects”.
took place at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg.
The results of the “Symposium on the Jurisprudence of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea: Assessment and Prospects”Symposium on the Outer Continental Shelf” (held at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea on 29 and 30 September 2006) have been published as a special issue of the “International Journal for Marine and Coastal Law”, Volume 22, Number 3, in September 2007.
This issue is edited by Prof. Dr. Doris König and includes contributions by eminent law of the sea experts. The articles analyse the different aspects of the existing case-law of the Tribunal and the status of the Tribunal with regard to General International Law.
